Nell Close – Not open 2025
During the last few years there has been much time for working on new and different ideas …… an emotional squeezing-out of some long held, and buried thoughts and views that have wanted to see the light of day for ages. So, new work, large and small, from 6 ft high to 6 inches square. Oils on canvas, watercolours and gouache on paper and many drawings. Inner explorations, from melt-downs to inventions of shape and colour, attempting to make some sense the internal and external worlds.
