The Harleston and Waveney Art Trail, HWAT for short, is a self-guided trail linking the Waveney Valley’s finest makers, artists and craftspeople. Just look through the brochure or website and decide which artists interest you most and plan a route from the map. Some artists may offer refreshments and a chance to view their gardens. Excellent tea/coffee and snacks are available from a host of cafes in the area. Pick up a Trail map from The Dove at Arburgh or The Shed at Pura Vida (both by the Homersfield junction off the A143 in the centre of our region.

HWAT trail has several studios accessible by bus, some are more off the main routes and a car or a bike is recommended. More information is available from Harleston Information Centre

Harleston is situated on the A143 in South Norfolk.

Much of the trail is accessible by bicycle along the many beautiful local cycle routes. For more information see the brochure.
